Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Brooklyn Team Behind Mortons Air Duct Brooklyn
When you book with Mortons Air Duct Brooklyn, you’re not getting a rotating cast of subcontractors. You’re getting a crew that knows brownstones in Park Slope have different ductwork than prewar buildings in Crown Heights, and that a six-floor walk-up in Sunset Park is a different job than a garden apartment in Bay Ridge. Paul Adeyemi has built this team slowly since 2005, and every person who walks through your door carries the same Cedarwell Care Promise: shoe covers on, drop cloths down, written price in hand before a single vent is touched.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Morton’s for eleven years and has probably cleaned more linear feet of ductwork in Brooklyn than anyone else in the borough. He’s Rotobrush-certified and runs most of the commercial jobs in Downtown Brooklyn and DUMBO, where turnaround times are tight and building supers want to see the work, not just hear about it. Marcus is the guy who can tell you within five minutes whether your ducts need a full clean or whether last year’s renovation left drywall dust sitting in the returns. Quiet by nature, he’s known on the crew for keeping a small notebook in his back pocket with sketches of problem ducts he’s encountered. He lives in Flatbush with his wife and two kids, and he still takes the train to work every day.
Elena R., Senior Dryer Vent Technician
Elena specializes in dryer vent cleaning, which in Brooklyn means knowing exactly how much lint builds up in a vent that runs through a 1910 partition wall versus one that exits directly through an exterior brick wall. She’s been with Morton’s for eight years and is the team’s expert on Nikro and Guardsman equipment, the tools we rely on for tight vent runs and hard-to-reach rooftop exits. Before joining Morton’s, she worked in property maintenance, so she understands how buildings in Williamsburg and Greenpoint age and where vent clogs tend to hide. Elena keeps the crew’s schedule organized around nap times and school pickups whenever a client mentions kids in the house. She’s a cyclist, and she has a habit of pointing out which blocks have the smoothest pavement on the ride back to her apartment in Bushwick.
David K., Service Coordinator
David is the voice you’ll most likely hear when you call (607) 536-9605. He’s been answering Morton’s phones for six years and can walk you through a typical air duct cleaning in Brooklyn step by step, from the moment the crew parks to the photo of the clean-up they hand you before leaving. David handles scheduling across all five boroughs, but his head is in Brooklyn: he knows when alternate-side parking will affect a job on a Carroll Gardens side street and which buildings in Bedford-Stuyvesant have service elevators that require a heads-up. Before Morton’s, he managed a distribution warehouse, so logistics are second nature. David is the one who asks if you have pets, and he’ll note it on the work order so the crew brings pet-safe products and gives your dog a heads-up before the equipment starts. He lives in Sheepshead Bay and is mildly famous among the team for his homemade jerk chicken at the annual summer crew cookout.
Jordan P., Apprentice Technician
Jordan is the newest member of the crew, two years on the job and already trusted to run Rotobrush equipment on routine single-family homes in neighborhoods like Midwood and Marine Park. He’s working through his Nikro certification and shadows Marcus on larger commercial jobs to learn the rhythm of cleaning duct runs in older Brooklyn buildings. Jordan grew up in East New York and takes real pride in knowing the blocks, the buildings, and the people. He’s the one who double-checks that drop cloths are folded correctly at the end of every job, and he’s recently been given responsibility for the after-photos we hand to clients. Quietly competitive, Jordan keeps a running list of the strangest items the crew has ever pulled from a duct, and he’ll tell you about the time a Barbie doll turned up in a return vent in Gravesend if you ask. He’s currently studying for his EPA certification.
One Standard, Every Job
The C.A.R.E. values aren’t a poster on an office wall. They’re a checklist every crew member works through on every single job, whether it’s a two-family rental in Cypress Hills or a full floor of commercial office space near Borough Hall. Floors and furniture get covered before equipment comes off the truck. Tools get turned down when a baby is napping upstairs. Products get chosen with the household’s kids and pets in mind, always. The written price you get before work starts is the price you pay when the job is done. And before the crew walks out, someone takes a photo of the clean-up so you can see exactly how the place was left. That photo is part of the paperwork, not an afterthought. Paul Adeyemi’s rule is simple: if the job isn’t done right, the crew fixes it. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, and it applies to every technician, on every visit, in every Brooklyn zip code we serve.
